643I have two flows because i Could not get them to work together but now I need to create an approval flow i really need this to be one big flow instead so it can reference and attach the file created.
Flow One: This in a manual flow, when an itme is selected it populates an excel form then saves it in a temporary folder so that Flow two can activate on item created.
Flow two: This takes the created Excel document and converts it to PDF for saving in an SP folder.
I then require an approval path when required and it will, if approved add the created PDF to an email as an attachement. If i do not have it in one combined flow how will the Slected Item know which attachment in the folder is the correct one? This is the flow i have at the moment:
Any help is greatly appreciated, Im just trying to streamline a very resource heavy job at the moment and this is the final hurdle.
