I have an 'Admin' list I am using to control access and filtering.I have Screen1 (general viewing) that has two galleries, and Screen2 (admin view).I have an administrator who wants to be able to view both screens, screen1 as a 'manager' (as he does manager employees), and screen 2 as an administrator (as he is an administrator in the app).Can one person have two 'profiles' in the admin SP list that will allow for proper filtering in these two different views, see below?EmployeeName (Person column) EmployeeRole (Choice column) EmployeeEmailJohnny Quest Admin johnny.quest@email.comJohnny Quest Manager johnny.quest@email.com

A better option is to only have one profile / user, eg
- Users with Admin profile can do Admin and Manager stuff
- Users with Manager profile can only do Manager stuff
I agree,and that us how I currently have it set up.
Unfortunately, this individual - the project lead, acts in both 'roles' and wants the ability, as a 'Manager', to only see his and his subordinates items on screen 1 gallery 1, and, as 'Administrator', see ALL Items in screen 2 gallery 2.
If that's the case, I'd be tempted to create a new role 'Project Lead' and define the abilities of that role inside your app as well. Same person with multiple roles will just cause issues

No, I'm saying one role / person, then inside your app you setup the processes each role needs.

Really, at the end of the day it's your call as to how you set this up. If your preferred method is to have to records for the same person with different roles then you need to manage that somehow and this is totally down to your app design. I just think that one role / person would be easier - but that's just me
I understand the intent but not so much the implementation.How would I set up the 'In-App' permissions?
'In-App' permissions is just a different way of saying 'show-hide' stuff in your app.
For example,
If a Manager logs into your app now, what do they see on Screen 1 and how do you make that happen? Are you using variables to show/hide stuff say like a gallery?
If so, you use the same logic for 'Project Lead'
