Hi everyone,
We've developed a custom agent that works perfectly as a standalone application. When we chat with the agent directly, it responds as expected. However, when we add it to a Teams Channel or a chat with multiple participants, or when we use the @mention feature to call the agent, we get the following response: "I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?"
We've gone through all the Teams deployment documentation, but we're still encountering this issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any advice or documentation you could share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
