Component Library Lag?

Hello,
Is there a known lag between the time a component in a Component Library is edited and time the changes appear in an app?

Example:

- I edited the Custom Property names of a component in a Component Library:

- Saved, Published and Closed the Component Library

- Opened the app that is using the component

- Received the banner "Component has been updated"; Clicked "Review" then "Ok" to accept changes

- But the component still has the old Custom Property names:

- I deleted all instances of the component from the app

- Closed the app and reopened it

- Tried adding a new component from Component Library:

- But every time it still contains the old Custom Property definitions

How do I force the app to get the new Component Library component?!?

    Hm...

    So had to:

    - Click "Remove from app" next to each component under "Library Components"

    - Then click "Get more components" and re-import all the components

    - Then re-initialize them all

Is this an issue due to changing the names of the Custom Properties?
