Set a reminder on calculated Column date

Hi ,

I have a document library and users are uploading files in there. I have used calculated columns using formula to calculate a next 6 month review date. Now I want to create a flow which runs daily and check for review dates to send reminder email 45 day prior to review dates in column. Can you advise what the flow will look like?

thanks

    Hi @Audi86 ,

     1. You can use "Get files (properties only)" to get calculated column.

     2. Set the condition: when the calculated column date is equal to the date of today plus 45 days, send an email.

    I have made a test for your reference:

    startOfDay(addDays(utcNow(),45))

    addSeconds(startOfDay(addDays(utcNow(),46)),-1)

    Best Regards,

    Levi

    HI @v-liwei-msft

    Thanks for response.

    What is the purpose of this line here?

    addSeconds(startOfDay(addDays(utcNow(),46)),-1)

    Re: Set a reminder on calculated Column date

    Hi @Audi86 ,

    These two conditions mean:

    Greater than or equal to today plus 45 days of start time (eg: 2022-06-12-00:00:00)

    Less than or equal to today plus the end of forty-five days (eg: 2022-06-12-23:59:59)

    Best Regards,

    Levi
