Assistance Needed with Extracting Share Quantity from Variable

I have successfully extracted the text from the PDF and stored it as 'Shares':

WE HAVE SOLD TO YOU AS DEAL
100,000 shares in SYNCONA ORD NPV at a gross price of GBP 1.189577

Could you please guide me on how to extract '100,000' from this variable? I tried using the Split function, but it didn't seem to work. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

Hi

Try to use this approach to capture the shares quantity

Assuming shares variable has text which you have captured

Now use Parse text action to parse the text Shares with regex expression to capture shares quantity.

Now the match variable contains the shares quantity, now we need to trim whitespaces from Match variable to get correct shares quantity as shown below

After running the process, this captures the Shares Quantity as shown below
