Entering multiple new record where some columns are autopopulated

Name: John (populates every row in the name column in the record below)
 
Team: Accounting (populates every row in the name column in the record below)

So basically there are columns that don't need to be filled out as the data is collected above the form and a rule or flow updates each row in the editable sub grid or some other connector.

    I am guessing this is a Model driven app??? Because you said editable sub grid, which isn't in Canvas Apps.

    Does someone add multiple records at the same time???? like clicking a button
    Or do you mean they add one by one, but it ends up being multiple rows
     
    You can use JavaScript to pre-populate those, but want to verify what you want.
