Dears,

I created a sharepoint list and requested from my colleague to initiate a new request to test my flow

the first approval person received that the new request from my name not from my colleague name

Is this normal? the one who creates the list all the requested will be from his name?

Thanks

    Hi @AzzaTalaat

The default behavior is flow will send out an approval email from the account of the creator of flow but not the one who start the request. See more details from this post

    Hi @AzzaTalaat ,

This is normal, Created by in the Approval email shows the name of the Flow maker.

If you want to carry the Requestor information in the Approval email, you can configure the information in the Requestor field.
