Attaching a various URL to a workflow email

Hi everyone,

I'm new to workflows and have tried looking this issue up online but none of the solutions seem to work (although its highly probable that its a user issue...)

The first example below does bring through the hyperlink from the MS form, however it shows the full URL code.

In the second example, I have added the HTML code which works well on a static URL, but when I add a various URL, the hyperlink appears in the email, but doesn't appear to pick up the full URL or open the document.

How can I get a various URL to work please without showing the full URL?

    Hi @Busybeaver

Can you please share more details on the document you are looking for? Is this passing from form and is it having the full path of the file?

    Hi Srini,

Yes this various URL is coming from MS forms and in the first example, yes this is the full file path (and it opens the document correctly when selected).
