Hello everyone,
I haven't heard of anything similar before, but over the past few months, I’ve encountered a strange issue with my Power Automate flows.
Sometimes (seemingly at random), certain flows just stop triggering. These flows may have been working perfectly for years, months, or even just days—it doesn’t seem to be related to how long they’ve been in use. At some unpredictable point, they simply stop triggering. This has occurred across different environments, so I don’t believe it’s environment-specific.
What's particularly odd is that it happens without any changes to the solution or environment. A simple "turn it off and on again" usually resolves the issue. While this wouldn't be a major concern if there were a way to detect it, a flow showing as "On" but not triggering at all is nearly impossible to catch unless you're actively monitoring the results.
Until now, I didn’t worry too much since it only happened in dev environments. However, I’ve just had the first two cases occur in production. Today, we discovered that one flow hasn't triggered in over a month without anyone noticing. Due to low traffic, the issue went unnoticed, but now we’re missing critical information from 25 customer orders. We’ll have to reach out to the customers to retrieve the data or ask them to place their orders again.
Has anyone else experienced something like this and found a reliable solution or workaround?
Best regards!
