Hope everything is well with you!

I have been given a requirement in power apps where I want to create an app using SharePoint data.

But the Interesting part is that I want to automate the process in such a way that if I add a new column into the SharePoint list, The column should automatically get Populated in power apps without Manual data source refresh or by using add field option to bring the column on to the screen and even without the need of publishing the app.

My Question here: Is that even Possible??

Let me give you an example of his requirement:

So lets say this is the image of the power app currently with some columns already specified and The SP list is the data source

So if I add a new row into the SharePoint. that row should follow the execution steps like

1. It should Generate a column with training name

2. It should set the target(Greyed out field) depending on the value mentioned in the SP list row

3. the Info icon(Blue i in circle icon ) should display the explanation written in the SP list for that new column

and all this information should be saved into another SP list

Is it just a basic For loop that doesn't take much of the time ?

Please help with this or at-least give me a high level of this if possible solution is available.
