Could you show screenshots of the Send an Email action and the add to array if you are building an array of attachments to add to the email.  The name of the file in the attachment is a separate property when adding the file. I suspect something went wrong when you were adding the name.

The Send an Email notification can only take a single attachment. So you don't need to put the file in an array. That's what you do to send multiple attachments in the Send an Email action. But if you look there is also an attachment filename field just below where you have inserted the array. That's where you need to add the filename of the attachment.  The attachment field should be just the ContentBytes that you are adding to the array.

Sorry to jump in but I'm also experiencing same issue. My requirements are that SharePoint List record might have 0 to 2 files attached and need to attach it to an email.

For now, I'm only testing with one 'sample dress.docx' file. I have used same steps as the author of the thread and see same noname file in my email as an attachment. I did hard coded value in 'Attachment File Name' as per your suggestion and it does show file name in my email but file type is not correct for it to open in right format. I followed https://tomriha.com/send-an-email-with-multiple-0-n-item-attachments-in-power-automate/ . Could it be similar oversite or something has changed in Power Platform lately?

    Hello @Pstork1

I managed to corrected the file attachment issue.
Now, I want to embed the image in the image column from the same SharePoint List in the email with the file attachment. Below is the flow, it ran successfully but the flows sent 2 email. One email with file Attachment , and the other is image as attachment.

how to have the email send once with file attachment attached in the email, and the image embed in the email body?

    Thank you.

Your apply to each loop is looping based on the number of attachments in the SharePoint item. The image is one of those attachments. To send only one email move the Send an email action outside the loop and replace it with something that builds the attachments and body of the email as variables. Then use the variables outside the loop to send the email.
