Hi,

I tried to build a automation trigger by a new email arrives in a shared mailbox.

but it cannot work after I set the filter condition: subject contains the key word "SOA"

is there anyone can tell me how to build it?

should I ask our administrator to setting something to let automation or let specific user can access the shared mailbox?

what I have done:

1. choose the connection which has the permission to access the shared mailbox

2. delete the filter condition and test the automation → it works

3. set the filter condition and save & test → no matter how many emails I sent to shared mailbox, the automation didn't be triggered.

    Hi @amyhsieh11

Could you try with another word (longer than SOA)?

    Regards,

Hi @amyhsieh11, just do not use a trigger condition in the trigger.  Filter the messages later.

    Hi @VictorIvanidze

I follow your suggestion to revise the automate but it seems still not working...
(I tried to send an email to shared mailbox, but the automate still not be triggered, and timeout in the end...)

and one more thing, I found that there will be around 5 minutes lag between 'receive an email' and 'start the automate.

do you know why does this lag happen?

we received an email from our vendor at 4:52 pm

but I checked the log, it seems that the automated be triggered at 4:56 pm.
we have processed that email once we received it and move it to another folder at 4:53 pm, therefore the automate cannot found the email then failed.
