Hi All,

I am currently working in automating a process in our project. I will explain below what i am doing and what is the issue i am facing.

Step: 1

I want to create an item for all the projects each day with status to be updated from offline to online (based on the mails received from shared mail box) as shown in the below snap. I can able to achieve this.

Step: 2 ---Its the actual concern.

I want the status to remain same for each systems when the changes for each system takes place in parallel.

Example :

Project 1-offline--->mail received --->update the status to online

Project 2-offline--->mail received --->update the status to online

Project 3-offline--->mail received --->update the status to online

But what i am facing is :

1. A project is updating to online .

2. When another project turns online , previous project is automatically turning to offline. (see Snap below)

PS: I turned on versioning and tried adding get changes for an item properties as well in the flow . Do i need to add send http request as well? if so, i could able to find appropriate code

But my flow failed.

attached flow snips fyr.

Please give me some guidance on how to proceed.
