Hi there,
I have a client who wants to use Flow, but they want to restrict users from creating Flows so that only key departmental users have the ability.
Is this possible?

Hi @al_eardley,
Restricting Flow building currently is not possible.
But it is available to restrict the Organization data usage under Microsoft Flow.
