"Start and Wait for an Approval" Outcome

Hi...not sure if I understand how "Start and Wait for an Approval" works. I understand that I can make an evaluation of each response received to take an action. I made a test with 2 users with Custom Responses ("Accept it" / "Decline it"). One user "Decline it" and the other "Accept it". Then I have a condition to evaluate the outcome, but the output from the "Start and Wait for an Approval" is "Decline it, Accept it".

What should be the process to evaluate all the answers and take an action only on the first case that is "Accept it"?

Thanks!

Ezequiel

    Hello @ezequiel
When choosing the start and wait for approvals action.

Choose the approval type as first to respond.

Now in the condition to check if it’s approved or not.
What are you using to compare?
You will want to have your IF condition set up like: IF
Outcome is equal to Accept it

Outcome is the dynamic content from start and wait for approval.

Basically Outcome is a single response, and responses is an array of all the responses from the approval.

It took me a day and half of fighting the "Responses" approach, then found you solution!  THANK YOU!  I wish MSFT would update their documentation.

Hi @ezequiel , May I ask how do you configure the Approve/Reject button into "Accept it" / "Decline it"? I'm trying to figure it out. Thanks
