When my boss selects approve or reject her her approval emails, instead of opening the comments box and allowing her to submit it takes her to the Action Items in power automate. This is super frustrating for her because it adds extra steps. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to get it to stop?! I've tested it with others in my organization and it seems to work fine for them.

You need to check what email client does your boss is using?
Is it outlook client or web? is she using the latest client?
