It starts with a form. I want to check the newest response and create a approval request with "name" and "from whom" from the .xlsx in the approval title.

ID is automatically in the table as first column.

But! It says there is no Id 3

I'm at a loss.. I think I just want a simple i++. Just check the latest row. But I guess I want something different? Help.

@CU22012207-0 With the latest updates made to MS Forms, the synced workbook must be opened in order to sync the responses. This means that although the Response ID is 3, at the time your flow is running, that value doesn't exist yet and will not exist unless you open the file.

I would recommend storing your MS Form responses in a SharePoint list. This YT Tutorial covers how to do that:

In this Microsoft Power Automate tutorial, I’ll show you how to get your Microsoft Form responses into SharePoint. I’ll cover how to build a Microsoft form with conditional fields by using branching. You’ll learn how to format your multiple choice responses for a SharePoint multi-choice column as well as converting it to text. I’ll also show you how to take a text response and convert it to a number with a switch action and with an expression.

After adding the response to SharePoint, we’ll send the user an email confirmation with all the details of their form submission.
At the end of the video I’ll show you a few tips and tricks on working with a SharePoint list.

Is there a particular reason you are not using the get response details action?
The image you uploaded shows the Response Id in the Excel action, which would indicate that your flow is triggered from when a new response is submitted. You have the value required to use the associated action.
