As of yesterday morning, 10/17, My Flows were missing from Power Automate Desktop in Windows 11.
PA version: 2.48.00203.24261
Windows 11 Pro 23H2 build 22631.4317

They were available and functioning on 10/16. No other issues seen (e.g. log errors, alerts, etc.)
(Neither of the Categories on this form match the case issue.)
I have the same question (0)

Unfortunately, welcome to the club.  Mine (and a lot of others) have experienced the same issue dating back to as early as 10/8/24 with still no resolution.  It seems to be tied to how PAD interfaces with OneDrive.  If you get a chance (and out of curiosity) check your OneDrive Apps folder to see if you have a 'Graph' and a 'Graph 1' folder in it.  In many cases, the Flows are still there, just in the original 'Graph' folder and not the newly created 'Graph 1' folder.
