Status running by email with option

I use the action Email with option and that works fine. However when I look to the status of the flow then it is equals to 'Running'. It gets the status 'Succeeded' when the receiver choose the option. Is this a problem for the performance?

The Flow is running as designed. The action pauses until there is a response from the email. At that point you can evaluate the response and take action as appropriate. The Flow is running because it is waiting for a response.

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

Do you add a "Send email with options" action within your flow?

I suppose that you add a "Send email with options" action within your flow, is it true? I agree with @ScottShearer's thought almost, if you add the "Send email with options" action within your flow, this operation would send an email to the recipient with multiple options, then wait for the recipient to respond back with one of those options.

If the recipient doesn't make a response (choose an option) to this email, the "Send email with options" action would be running continuously.
