Email Approval

Hi,

I need a flow functionality for an email approval of a workflow that is started in D365forFinance&Operations.

Depending on the selection that a user makes in an MS Outlook Email, the next workflow step in D365forFinance&Operations should be created.

Is such a scenario currently possible or at least at the roadmap?

Best regards,

Ludwig

    Hi @lreinhard7,

So here you would like to make Microsoft Flow and the workflow in Dynamics 365 operations to work together?

Please take a look at the following blog:

Executing Dynamics 365 workflows from Microsoft Flow

which shows you a workable way to work with Dynamics 365 workFlow with Microsoft Flow.

And as it states, currently Microsoft Flow doesn't support that in a normal way, please consider submit this as an idea:

    Regards,

    Michael
