SharePoint edit button is displaying new form instead of edit form

I have a SharePoint list that has a separate custom PowerApps form for NewForm and for EditForm. I have configured the SharePoint integration to display the NewForm "OnNew" and the EditForm "OnEdit" (I followed these steps: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/separate-custom-forms/). However, when the SharePoint List Item Edit icon is clicked it is opening to the NewForm instead of the EditForm.

 

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

    Hi,

     

    Please make sure the SharePointIntegration control has the OnEdit configured as the formula below:

    OnEdit - Set(SharePointFormMode, "EditForm"); EditForm(EditItemForm); Navigate(EditScreen, ScreenTransition.None)

    I think your issue here should be related to the Navigate () function.

    Make sure you have the Screen and the form control renamed correctly.
