Not sure what forum to post this request in, hope this is ok.
My organization is using power automate more and more in our daily work, and its becoming a critical piece of our infrastructure. We have a couple of paid per user licenses for both power automate and power apps. A few times I have had to reach out to Microsoft for some support using the free support included with these licenses. And, especially with the recent and ongoing incident, the support has been slow and difficult.
I would like to investigate higher tier paid support.
Our business is small and I am the only developer for Power apps and Power Automate. And I am currently the only user that runs flows and apps as well. So all support calls would come from me.
All of our licenses are the $15 and $20 per users licenses. We don't have Dynamic 365 or Azure licenses or anything like that.
What should I look at for higher tier support?

But I am not clear on if this includes the power platform products, or just Word/Excel/Outlook and such.
And would these work if we only got one license of coverage, since I am the only power platform user.
I would like a solution that covers both Power Automate and Power Apps, I plan to do more with Power Apps in the near future as well.

Ask your organization's MS contact to suggest certified resources in MS or MS partners and service providers. Pick the ones you feel most comfortable with.
Pro Tip: Register for a "Flow in a Day" or "App in a Day" session provided by these partners. That will give you an idea of their level of expertise.
