Automatic Planner Task Creation - unable to fill "Assigned by" field

I built a flow that creates a planner task every time a record is inserted in a sharepoint list.
All the tasks should all be assigned to the same user, but they can be assigned by different users.
How can I set the value "Assigned by", to notify him the task's completion?

Thank's

Marco

Hi there...  So, I'm wondering if the Assigned By is coming from the Planner connection, and may not be editable.  I don't see any way with the regular Planner connectors.

Have you already tried with the Graph API?

    Keep us posted.

    Hi @marpisa ,

If you use Create a task action to create a task and assign the task to the specified user, then assigned by user is the user who configured the action.

In addition, if you want to notify the user who assigned the task when the task is completed, you can refer to the following configuration:

    Details in Apply to each:

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

I use "Create a task action" inside a Flow. The assigned by user is my account as Flow Owner.

But If is the User1 to create the sharepoint record, i want that the [assigned by user] value is User1 and not My account.

In the "Create task" there isn't a way to compile the "Assigned By" value, and ther is not (at least I didn't find it) a way to edit this value in a second moment.

I can get this value only when the task is completed....

    Hi @marpisa ,

Yes, as I described before, Create task action cannot specify Assigned by, only Assigned to.

And assigned by will be the user who creates this Flow. MS Flow does not currently support editing assigned by.

In addition, if you need to notify assigned by when the task is completed, please refer to the method provided in my previous post.

    I hope that helps.

    Best Regards,
