Write Back in Power BI only successful for first row in data and for all other 'Item already created on the server' error

Hi everyone, 

I'm quite new to using Power Apps but I'm trying to integrate a very simple one within Power BI to allow users to add/edit a status to selected products.

 

I can get the app to write back the status of the first row of data but for all others I get and Error- 'Item already created on the server'. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
