ActionConditionFailed and ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisafied Errors

I have a flow that we use to route the workflow approvals for financial funding on projects. All of a sudden it developed an error that is preventing the approval email from being sent. I am incredibly green at this and inherited this flow. How do I know where to look to see what the issue is? I tried to submit a screenshot but could not figure out how. Smiley Frustrated

The Action Branching error states "The execution of template action 'Condition_2' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied.

The Action Condition Failed error states " The execution of the template action 'Condition_3' is skipped: the 'runAfter' condition for action 'Start_an_approval' is not satisfied. Expected states values "Suceeded' and actual value 'Skipped'

I have no clue what that means.

    Hi @Anonymous,

I am afraid you need to be able to provide a full screenshot of the configuration of your flow. Otherwise it is difficult to reproduce your issue.

Could you provide flow run details and more details about error messages?

It seems that the configuration of the action inside the Condition branch did not meet expectations.

It would be helpful if you could post some screenshot and we would provide a proper workaround for you.

    Best Regards,

    Barry

Hey @GabrielStJohn My apologies to all - that flow was a disaster that we have replaced with a more advanced and less cumbersome process.

    Thank you for your responses!
