Hi Team,

we have created the Approvals connection using Microsoft power Automate Flow trigger and I encountered an error message.

The developer no longer works for the company.

This is the error message:

Forbidden. The request failed. Error code: 'ApprovalConnectionOwnerNotFoundInGraph'. Error Message: 'The Approvals connection owner was not found in Graph. Object Id: '331*******************1''.

Please advice how this can be fixed.

My suggestion would be to replace the current connection with a new one (with a different account) and try and run it again.

I am not having there such option at all.

If I click '+Add new connection' then it changes to 'Creating' and nothing is happening at all.

Yes, please use the Add New connection option. Have you saved the flow after you created the new connection?

Btw, it looks like something might have happened because you have two connections now (both with the name Approvals).

After saving the flow have you also tried resubmitting the failed flow run?
