Help creating a Power Automate flow that will generate PDFs for all rows in Microsoft List

Hello,

I created a Power Automate flow that takes the information from a Microsoft List and creates a custom PDF document. The trigger is “For a selected item”. This flow works great, but I now have 500 rows. So, instead of having to click on each row to run the flow, what I would like to do is be able to run a flow that generates the PDFs for all 500 rows on my list at once but I’m not sure how to get this one to work. The following is what I have so far:

    Hi

First please explain step by step the flow you have because we need to understand what you say works now, which is weird since you do a Get Items but you dont loop through the items, so are you only getting one?

None of what you have is part of your question really. Adding attachments etc? not enough details, so I will answer what you ask. If you have extra steps like you have just put them in the Apply to Each section

    Anyway

Step 1, either create a scheduled flow or a manual
Step 2. do your get items
step 3. add an apply to each
the input is the output body/value from step 2

Now inside the Apply to each
Do whatever you need to do for each item(row) to turn it into a file

    done.

Please mark as the answer if this helped you
