I have an approval flow which is when a user submit details then approval flow will begin.An approval email will be sent approver where he can approves/reject it.Now i want to access this approval history through an REST API .Is there any Rest Api to fetch all these approval history details.

There is no REST API or export to excel method to export the Power Automate Approval History. There is a request below and you can vote for it.

Workaround: In your flow, you can capture information after the approval action is completed such as all the details of the user, out come, date & time, comments and other details. You can write this information into a SharePoint list or SQL table or CDS. These systems provides various ways to access the content.
