Do you click on Flow's unsubscribe link within an email as below?
I have no idea how to remove your email from the cancellation list (Re-subscribe) on my side currently, but the Microsoft Employee roaceves could help you enable your email address to receive Flow emails again. Please check and see the response from Microsoft Employee roaceves within the following link:
