how to remove my name in the "create by" case of the action approval

Hello,

 

I created a workflow containing the approval action, and i dont understand why does my name still appear even though i am not the requester? and how i can remove my name in "create" by case.

    Hi @Abdel_dahak ,

     

    You can try setting the Requester in the approval action (below) to send approvals on behalf of.

    Alternatively, you can use a service account (dedicated M365 account for running flows)

    Hi Eric,

     

    Thank you for your Reply.

    I entered the name of the requestor  and his name appears in the email "no problem", but in addition to the requestor, there is always my name which appears as the creator.
