unable to login to PowerApps on Android

Since today, we cannot choose the login account to use with the PowerApps for Android App. I have tested this on two different Android Phones (Huawei and Samsung), they both have the same problem.

We see the list of all registered accounts in the Powerapps App: our own company login, but also logins from other tenants that we use. Whatever user we tap on, nothing happens (Adding new accounts to the list is working however)

 

any ideas?

    I would suggest your admin create a new support ticket for this question.  I'm afraid the forum won't be of much help here.

    I am the administrator; I don't think it has anything to do with our specific account / setup, since this problem occurs on different devices, with different accounts, on different Office tenants... I think it some bug in the PowerApp For Android app.

    Or, perhaps it is the authentication system that is having problems. Last year, we experienced some similar problems with loging in into our Office accounts on our Android devices, and according to a MS representative, it was due to problems with the Microsoft Authenticator app; maybe this is starting all over again... 😞

    If you think its a bug with PowerApps for Android I would still suggest creating a ticket in the support page.  You pay good $$$ for support, might as well use it 😉

     

    As for the other idea I'm afraid I cannot help with authentication issues.

    It seems that the Microsoft Authenticator App for Android is the culprit.

    After uninstalling and reinstalling the Authenticator app, the login was working fine again.

    I have filed a support request to MS to investigate whether this is a tenant-specific problem, or a generale problem/bug with the authenticator app...
