Error with Add new row Dataverse action

I have a flow that have multiple action, and the las one is Add a new row when I test the flow the following error occurs
URL was not parsed due to an ODataUnrecognizedPathException. Resource not found for the segment provided in the URL..
I would like to know what I need to do to fix this issue

Hi,

This was the issue with Lookup column value setting. Refer this article and this will get your issue resolved !
