Extract data from window with variable

I am capturing grid data and it is in a variable "DatafromWindow".  how can i move variable data to data table or a list?

    Try excel spreadsheet instead variable, you will get an option in the dropdown.

    Its opening a excel instance and I dont want this way. If it is a datatable i can loop through and get the values.

    I see my data like this.
