THE GOAL: Send an email when MS form is submitted, with the email containing 2 attachments and a unique, single use code/link

THE ISSUE: Including a unique, single use code/link within the email

So, I have a working flow as shown below:

MS form --> gets attachments --> sends an email with said attachments, BUT I cannot figure out how to get the link/single use code included within the email body

CURRENT FLOW:

To clarify, each time an email is sent, I want it to include a unique link/code.

I have the links/codes generated and ready to use (saved in Excel table), but I can't seem to figure out how to copy/include the link within the email

The 2nd issue I'm facing is how to get PA to select the next row in the table, so the same link isn't sent twice

I've played around with the flow for hours and can't work out how to set this up.. is it even possible?

Any help/guidance/advice would be greatly appreciated!
