We have a Flow which is triggered from a PowerApps to look-up a sharePoint list. This flow can be triggered 1500 times per day. There are however some situations, maybe 25-30 per day, where the parameter send by PowerApps is truncated when entering the Flow.
For example, 12345 is sent, but 1234 is received.
It seems to be happening when many users (10-12 across multiple sites) are working with the application, it is an employee registering app, mostly active prior to employees shift start.
Anyone has seen this behavior, please let me know what tweaking to look for.

I would open a support ticket for that. It is definitely not normal behavior.
