How to trigger a flow by a button in excel

I have a table which will keep adding a new row and once a now row is added, I would like to send an email to a designated person, I tried to use "Manually Trigger a Flow" but seem that I cannot have a button inside the sheet, I don't have Premium account, any method that can provide a button inside excel sheet so that all people can easy to use the flow?

    Thanks for answering but I don't want to run the flow via the button in the below capture. I want to custom make a button in the excel sheet, seem that I followed the method in the link is still cannot make a button inside excel sheet.
