Send email based on a filter query of a SharePoint List

Hello!

I created a flow to send 2 emails based on some Filter Queries, but the flow is not ending due to the following reason in both cases: The execution of template action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' is skipped: there are no items to repeat.

Example 1.- If the revision (expiration) date is today, send an email:

Example 2.- If column 'Have access' = Yes and 'Stats after revision' = Remove access, send another email

Any support will be highly appreciated

I think Get items action is getting null response, after filter condition, no any item in the list which fulfills the condition.

First, you should check is any item which expiration is today and

second, for this condition, 'Have access' = Yes and 'Stats after revision' = Remove access, List might not have any specific item which fulfills both the condition together.

Can you please check in the list or give any screenshot of List with filter applied?

In the Get Items filter query action, it's best to use the following expression format:

utcNow('yyyy-MM-dd')

and if Haveaccess_x003f_ is a Yes/No column, use the following expression for Yes:
Haveaccess_x003f_ eq 1
