I have a flow that triggers when an item is modified but for some reason, its triggering the flow when i create an item. I even created a new connection and it wont stop sending emails. This worked at first. Idk what happened to cause this.

I tried this but it completely stopped triggering even when modifying the record.
Seems strange, it should not work like that,
I would say try adding this trigger condition in the trigger to make it work when only item is modified
