Flow triggers several times when key word is mentioned in Teams chat.

My Power Automate Flow triggers several times when keyword is mentioned in the chat. It reacts several times (max was 4) to the same message. It leads to duplication of emails sent and other actions.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix this issue?

Thx.

    It would be best to show your flow and be sure to show the configuration of the trigger. Seeing what you've done will probably provide a clue to the issue. And also show the messages that are causing the flow to trigger multiple times blocking out any sensitive data.

    @David_MA

    The flow is very simple: When Keyword is mentioned ("Run") > Get message details (inside apply each) > Switch (based on the whole message. E.g: "Run 1"/ "Run 2"; based on switch PA takes data for the correct product) > List rows present in a table > and several functions that take data from excel and include it into Email > Send an email > Post message ("email for 1 is sent").

    The problem is that the whole flow runs several times , but message was sent only once. And checking the data for that run, I can see that it was triggered by the same message. The message itself does not differ from the other ones (when flow runs only once as it supposed to). Message was not edited or smth.

    @David_MA I am encountering the exact same issue, I'll attach some pictures here.

    ^^ This is our list of status tags for our ticketing system, and we use them to update the status of the tickets.

    Then it does this, and the tickets associate to the MessageID of the parent message. I use # to help prevent misfires when someone simply uses the word closed. If it doesn't have the # it won't hit that point.

    This one above ^^ decided to run twice as you can see below. Thanks!
