Hi, why do you want to move away from MSForms? Does it lack a feature you require?

Hi, I only ask as PowerApps is not the natural 'upgrade' from MSForms. It's more about using the right tool for the job. In your case, it sounds like you may not need to use PowerApps in the first place, which would save you time and additional complexity.
As a follow-up question, what data source are you considering moving to? Ie If you don't intend to use Excel, what would you like to use? (SharePoint List, Dataverse ect)
