Hi All
I am sure this has been done but i cant seem to work it out
I want to create a form where the user will enter a ID number once the ID number is entered it will prefill certian feilds that is located in a excel spredsheet
can anyone give me a idea how this is done

@Galactic this can't be done as Forms cannot connect to any data nor pre-populate any questions. The only way to do this is with Power Apps.
