How many Premium accounts I need?

A have created a desktop flow with Power Automate Desktop, and A would like to share the flow to B. How many premium account A & B need in this scenario?

Premium licenses are assigned per user. If you want one user to share a flow with another user, both users must have a Premium license. So, you essentially need 2.

But if a company buys the premium version: Power Automate process, i.e. a bot, is that possible?
