Document Approval Process with multiple Reviewers

Hello ,

Am trying to build a document approval process using power automate with dynamic app rovers using Instant trigger on Selected file.

Once a reviewer approves or rejects the document i need to post the metadata back to list item(file) like Reviewer Name, Reviewer Comments and Reviewer Outcome. The same should be applied for each reviewer.

I was able to get the metadata columns updated with first reviewer but the challenge is when it goes  to next stage of review process am unable to update Reviewer 2 Name , Reviewer 2 comments and Reviewer 2 Outcome.

Thanks,

Sagar

When you do each Update Item after the next approver, make sure you are using the dynamic content from the correct Approval step. Naming the Approval Steps helps a lot with locating the correct one.

In addition, if you are using a SharePoint Multiline Text Field to store the approver's info, set the field to Append Changes.
