Hello.

When using attachments in the Start And Wait For An Approval connector, an error occurs and the flow stops.

The flow has been working fine for a long time, but suddenly after 10/5, this error occurs and the flow stops.
Does anyone know the cause of this?

I have tried the following with no success
Create a new flow.
Changing or removing dynamic content that is being used
Manually create a simple approval flow

Hi @TKD_S ,

Please try these steps.

Go to Power Platform Admin Center (admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com)

Select Environments

Select the environment in which the error occurs

Select Security Roles > See All

Click the ellipsis (...) next to Approvals Administrator and select Edit

Search for "asyncoperation" (aka "System Job") table (select "Show all tables" if not visible)

Update the read permission to "Organization"

@TKD_S you are able to solve this issue 'XrmApprovalsGeneralPermissionsError' in power automate with @v-xiaochen-msft 's solution? or with different solution? I am experiencing same problem as yours.

@v-xiaochen-msft if you don't mind, I would like to ask one follow-up question for your solution. If we change permission like you suggested, would there be a chance that it would be impacting other flows like not working properly or something like that ? Because approval flow in other flows are not happening like that. It is only happening only in my flow.

@zayarminaye We were able to resolve the issue with this solution. Since making this configuration, we have not encountered any errors in the approval actions.

Hi there, I am having the same issue but I developed my app in the default environment. I dont see my default environment in my power platform admin center. How should I troubleshoot this issue?
