Impossible to save any flow

PAD does not allow saving any flow, even empty.
Error message:

One of the flow's owners has stopped sharing this flow with you. In order to edit flows you need to be a 'Co-owner'. Contact an owner of the flow to get the 'Co-owner' permission or save it as another flow.

 

There are no any Co-owners, 

I am a single-owner
