Grant Access to a Domain Group fails the first time

When I do a Grant Access to a Domain Group for a folder, it fails the first time. When I do a resubmit on the failed flow, it works. I know the syntax is correct. How do I prevent the failure do I need to a loop to keep resubmitting this command until it takes?
