Microsoft Forms and Asana Auto Populate Field Information

Hello,

 

I'm trying to figure out a flow that would pull the information provided in a Microsoft Form and dump it/fill out the Task fields if that makes sense.  So not only would it create a new task, it would fill in the fields in Asana.
