Hi all,

I'm trying to create a drop down list in Powerapps with item is referenced to Person or group Column in Sharepoint list.

How do I archive this?

Just add a new Edit Form to the canvas app and then add the Person field. You don't have to do anything complicated.

Thank you for your response. But the thing I want to archive is drop down list just only contains users in the Sharepoint list. Such as I have a table of user and role like this.

Role	Display name (by email)
AG	Thai,Nguyen 1,DONGNAI,Packaging
AG	Thai Nguyen 2,DongNai,Product Technology & Development
CS	Thai Nguyen 3,HOCHIMINH,Customer Service
NHW	Thai Nguyen 4,HOCHIMINH,Marketing & Consumer Communication

I want to create a drop down list which only contains list of users based on role.

If the role is AG. Drop down list only contains 2 user are: Thai,Nguyen 1,DONGNAI,Packaging and Thai Nguyen 2,DongNai,Product Technology & Development
