Remove key pairs from JSON Array

I have the following JSON array.

{
   "Name": "Bob",
    "Age": 31,
   "Column1": "",
   "Column2": "",
   "Column3": "",
   "Column4": "",
   "Column5": ""
},
{
   "Name": "Frank",
    "Age": 36,
   "Column1": "",
   "Column2": "",
   "Column3": "",
   "Column4": "",
   "Column5": ""
}
]

I need to remove every key pair marked with a key starting with "Column"

In typescript i can do this easily!!

How do i do this in a flow. I have tried select and filter array, but I am missing something.

What about adding the wanted properities?

item()['Name']

item()['Age']
